if i have a house of Rs. 50.00 Lacs,and my partnership firm has taken a loan against the same house amounting rs.1 crores. Now I wnat to sale my house. and the buyer is ready to directly repaying the loan amt to bank...and he will pay rs.1.5 crore for the house to me.
Now for calculating capital gain, whether reapyment of the loan of Rs. 1 crore will be added to the sale consideration??
plz reply it urgently.....

yes , Total consideration is 1.5 crores.
