Please help me
i am purchaser of flat from builder and made payment as booking amount to builder and all payment of installment to builder, he offer me possession but i didnt take the possession of property and sold this property to third party
i just want to know that period of holding will be calculated from date of booking payment or date of offer of possession and if there is any case law please suggest me
