Capital gain

18 April 2016 Dear Colleges.,
An assessee has sold a house property and investment into another residential property and avail benefit of the section 54. But within the 3 years assesses has sold the new residential property and again invest into the new house property . can he continue to avail the benefit of the section 54 or he has to treated gain as short term capital gain.
