1.Net present value is the vaule which arrives from the present value of future case inflows less the investment value
2.Internal rate of return is the rate which equals while discounting the present value of future cash inflows and investment outflows
Present value of cash inflow means the today value of cash inflows which you will receive in future
Present value of cash outflow means the today value of cash outflows which you will spend in future
