Cancellation of allotment of shares

24 September 2012 Sir,

In a pvt ltd co. first the BOD decided to allot shares 1000 shares @ Rs. 100 per share, total Rs. 100,000/- and filed Form 2

Later on they want to change the allotment as 100 shares balnce Rs. 90,000/- as premium.

Is it possible to cancel the first allotment of 1,00,000/- and file new Form 2 for Rs. 10000/-
Pls help me in this query at the earliest
