23 July 2011 Hello,

i am a M.Director position of a pvt compny in India.I got a new job at aborad,now i am working as a employee at compny in aborad. Is there any problem to continue both together ? should i resign the M.director post from my indian company ?

25 July 2011 M.D is to manage the day to day affairs of the company and by sitting abroad you cannot do so therefore, some one should substitute you as M.D you should resign. If you return back to India then again you can become MD.
