Dear Team plz clarify my query
I'm interested in Trading . i am planing to trade with small amount beginning with 30000 but all stock brokers not ready to guide these small amount, can we trade without brokerage help

No. You need to have the trading account with broker to trade.
You can try for online trade accounts. e.g. icici, sharekhan, iifl, kotak, hdfc and so on so forth
