26 December 2013 Can a Private ltd co. provide Income Tax, Service Tax or any other tax related service by means of its directors who are chartered accountant?

26 December 2013 regardless whether the directors are chartered accountant or not. Any company can provide tax related services as long as they are able to do it. There is no bar on the same.

01 January 2014 any requirement for getting the name of company registered under any association like Income Tax Bar Coucil etc.

01 January 2014 in addition to above, for representation with Income tax department, the individual (employee or the director of the company) shall be required to meet the requirements of section 288 read with Rule 51.
