Format of Resolution:

"RESOLVED THAT the company has decided to give the Office Premises of its Branch Office situated at.........................on rent to M/s ..............as per the terms and conditions contained in the rent agreement."

"FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Shri........., Director, is hereby authorized to sign the rent agreement and to take such further steps and to do all acts, deeds and things as is required in order to give effect to the above resolutions."
