sir ... i am an ipcc student doing bcom corres. i wanted to do company secretary along with cs. but icai permits only one course along with ca.... can i hide my b com and submit form 112. how will icai find this

No need to hide anything as it is not advisable at all. Simply intimate ICAI through filing of form 112. There is no issue at all.
