sir i am a contractor & my deducted tds by other co.for the previous year 2009-2010 1.75 lakh now sir plz tell me can i claim & get refund when i fill return on 31 july.

If your calculated tax as per return is lesser than Rs. Rs. 1.75 lakhs , you will get the refund after assessment.
