26 July 2011 1. can HUF purchase a property?

2. can HUF sales a property?

3. in 1 condition on whom name registry was done. on karta name or on huf name?

4. in 2 condition if HUF sales a property than on what does the name shown on cheque only personal name or full huf name. if only personal name is shown in cheque can it deposit in huf a/c or not?

27 July 2011 but when registry will done by karta (i.e. x) than how person will paid cheque on the name of huf (i.e. x and son huf).
