my client wishes to be a partner in a partnership Firm.
He is a practising Dentist !
Is he allowed legally ,ethically to be part of any other bussiness,while actively practising ???

Hi,
There is no restriction as far as Partnership Law is concern. You are advised to have a look at medical association/dental association rules and regulations for any kind of restriction.
