iam going to write ca ipcc in nov 2011 and iam thinking of doing cwa during my articleship.iam unaware of cwa course.when should i register.can i practise as both charted accountant and cost account.

No both cannot be practiced at a time. During the article ship if you are doing CWA then permission is required from the ICAI
