I Puran Chand, I have registered under Direct Entry Scheme CA-IPCC, can registered for Article Training without Orientation Programme, besides ITT have done.

No. You need to complete Orientation Programme to be eligible to start articleship training. Check the criteria for Joining Articleship from link given below:
