01 June 2014 Which forms are required to be filed with the ICAI in case of transfer for the purpose of Industrial training? What are the time limits for the same?

02 June 2014 you need to file Form 109 with the current firm and 104 with the industrial training provider. you should submit the forms within 30 days of execution of the same to avoid any penalty
