22 April 2010 I want to know whether CA in service ( not holding Certificate of Practice ) can attest the marksheet/Date of Birth certificate etc to be used in CA regn.

Further, whether ha can sign in examination form or only CA in practice is allowed for the same.

22 April 2010 CA in service and CA's not holding full time Certificate of Practice cannot perform attest functions.

22 April 2010 I think ha can sign in examination form.
yes he can attest the marksheet/Date of Birth certificate etc. i think their is no restrecation to do that.
