Ca final registration

my ca final attempt is in nov 2016 but till now i did't register for ca final yet,If i register today then how much time it takes to get registered.whether submission of registeration form in regional office is considered as registered date or not.or else which date is considered as registered date.whether there is any other solution for this .pls give ur valuable replies......

If u submit the registration form with DD & other documents by hand to regional office,then the date of approval will be the date of registration.You can collect the study material on the same day.
