11 March 2013 dear sir, i have cleared my ipcc 1st group in may 2011 and registered for article from august 2011, but my ipcc 2nd group is still pending. i am giving 2nd group in may 2013.
so, my final attempt is on may 2014 , then wt is the last date of registration in ca final , so that i can give my ca final on may 2014.
if i get registered in ca final by september 2014, can i be eligible for ca final xam on may 2014. pls reply me. i hav heard that , it is required to get registered within 9 months before the final exam. Is it true ?? pls suggest... if so, then my ca final attempt on may 2014 will be transfered ?

11 March 2013 For CA final exam eligibility there is no condition regarding registration of CA final minimum required period like IPCC. i.e at any time but before to apply for exams you can register your CA final. So your Final exam eligibility is May 2014 for such exam you have to submit your exam form by 6th March 2014 with late fee or 28th February 2014 with out late fee so you can register your CA final as on or before to 6th March 2014 i.e your final registration should be done on or before to apply for Final exams.

Minimum time of 9 months required registration before to the exams of final is not correct for Final it is applicable for IPCC and IPCC direct entry scheme but not for final.

I will suggest you to register in Final after passing in Group II.

A student will be eligible to appear in Final exam, after completing of 30 months of articleship.
