CA Final - Preparation?

21 November 2010 have my final xams during Nov-11 , Can anyone suggest a proper advice on the following,
1. How many subjects should we study per day and allocate in order to complete all 8 sub's in a year sice articleship also on...
2. Should we fully finish all subjects in a group and then go to next or take up all subjects?
3. Thirdly i feel, i would prefer self study for theory subjects like Auditing,etc.. Would making notes from institute module be a good option or should we take up some reference book(if any,suggest which appropriate)?
