Ca final eliibility - final registration number

Hi All,
Can you please give me some insight on my below query.
Just to give a background, I have cleared my CA PE II in May 2006 along with my graduation. I then took a break from my studies for 2 years when i was working with a Bank (2006 - 2008). I resumed my articleship in Jan 2009. I have completed my internship and looking forward to appearing for CA final exams in May 2016. I was going through some articles in CA clubindia which has raised the below queries.
1. How do get the Final Registration Number. I have received a letter from ICAI mentioning I have completed my articleship
but it does not mention any thing about my final registration number.
2. Is my final registration number the same as the permanent registration number assigned by the institute after the provisional registration number.
3. Once a student receives a letter from ICAI for the completion of articleship, is the student directly eligible to fill the exam form or is there a different course of action before the student can fill the exam form.
I will be very grateful if you could please give me your valuable guidance.

1. you need to fill up form 103 for getting the ca final registration from icai
