31 October 2011 I m pursuing CA final and CS final both. But I have not informed to ICAI by Form 112.

then what will happen ?

31 October 2011 when u apply 4 membership to ICAI ur application will be delayed and you will be bound to pay the late fees and apply for Form 112 also
