HOw many leaves are allowed during articleship training period in CA FInal within 3 years ?

max is 156 days allowed in 3 years period.

actually the rule is 1/6 th of actual period served subject to max 156 days

See the point is simple....one day leave is earned for every 6 days worked(including sunday and holiday BUT EXCLUDING THE LEAVE)
This bracketed portion has a very WIDE meaning inbuilt into it.

Mukesh can you give the dates for exact calculations?
Roughly speaking you have taken excess leave...how?
total no of days from 01/11/2011 to 31/10/2014 = 366+365+365 = 1096
less 182 days leave
you worked for 1096-182=914 days
so your entitlement was 914 /6 = 152 days

sir in 182 leavs days 92 days i.e. 1 Aug 2014 to 31 oct 2014 for personal reason and other leavs for mainly for exam purpose

whether leave is for personal or otherwise it doesnt matter...its counted as leave only.
