We (From Haryana) Sale material to One party in Maharastra in 2nd qtr. party still not issued C Form to us.
Now their is any way to download C form online or any other procedure.

There is no way to download c-form of buyer except to obtain from the buyer.
Otherwise you have to pay differential duty with interest.
However the same can be collected from the buyer by issuing debit note.
