Dear sir,
please resolve my following query
if seller fails to obtain c form from buyer which was promised by buyer to give to seller because of having bleif it will be provided to seller based on old business relationship

its rsponsbility of seller to collect and deposit form C to department. other full tax and interest to be charge from seller.
