Hello,
From Bangalore-
i have received materials from daman ,but not paid CST for the purchase .
the problem is they (suppliers ) are asking for form 'C' . should i issue c form for this transaction .on what amount i should issue c form

C form is certificate for supplying of goods without CST.
CST form to be issue on gross amount of Bill. other wise He will panalise and full tax to be charge from party. so please issue From-C.
