18 April 2013 Dear Sir,

We are dealer in karnataka state and our vendor also dealer in karnataka.

We ask our dealer to despatch the materials to other state. They despatched with CST 14.5%. I would like to know whether we can issue the c form if they will do 2% agst cst form.

Same state dealer can we issue the c form.

20 April 2013 C forms are for concessional rate of tax incase of INTERSTATE PURCHASES only.

hence you can claim the entire tax paid as input tax and u cannot issue C FORM for local purchases,.
