Can u suggest to make a transaction against C form , what are the doccumentry evidences to be produced.

C form is issued for getting concessional rate for the interstate purchases from the other state parties. For this, purchase invoice is the only document required. If the other state has prescribed any road permit form for purchasing material or if your own state prescribes any road permit/way bill form for importing the material that has to be issued and the same can be produced for getting c form.
