Wat does clearing and forwarding operations mean?

clearing and forwarding agent (Stock transfer) by mutual contact of sales of goods.C&F will sale your material and he will get commission & other exps. from consigner under agreemant. C&F will sale your goods on your behalf. he will provide Form "F"sales tax form and no CST will Charged on stock transfer.
