i want to do procedure of buy-back of shares. but company's issued capital is 100000/- then can co. buy-back shares of Rs.25000/-. and whats the procedure for the same.

28 March 2012 No. Buy back can not be initiated as the share capital is Rs 1 lac, minimum requirement to form a Pvt Ltd Company.

05 May 2012 i cud'nt get with this info. pls explain... shud i increased authorised capital first then do buy back or issue shares and then do buyback. pls advice
