17 July 2013 i was purchaged a site and constructed an apartments for residence.Now i am selling the flats to different persons.Now my question is can i pay service tax?

19 July 2013 yes you have to pay the service tax, before it is better to know the value of sale with land etc. and also applicable the abatment.
