My Client is running body builtup health training centre and collecting fee as service charges on monthly basis, (i) wheather this collection charges is income from business or profession (ii) it includes "specified profession" or not.

it is not a specified profession. It is a business activity.

yes its only business income.

Even though it is treated as business income. but not allowed to be assessed u/s.44AD of the act.
