If any company have no business in one particular year, but have business before and after that particular year. Will the company be able to get deduction of the expenses incurred during that particular year. support your answer with some case laws.

No business means no receipts? if this is the case then the exp would definitely be allowable as againt nil receipts, showing as net loss.
