the firm in which i am doing my articleship is paying me stipend for 5 months/66 months at a time and not on a monthly basis.

will it cause any problem when i pass my ca final and register for membership ??

One person has two House Property (HP), One House Property is occupied by assess himself due to employment. Another House property is occupied by spouse of assess. Location of both the HP is different. In this scenario assess is genuinely occupying two HP. Can we treat both as Self Occupied Property (SOP) & can we take deduction of interest there on?????

In Tally erp 9 , how to classify p&l items as per schedule vi ? I have made groups of various expenses but they fall under direct expenses and when i click on sch vi format all expenses come under ungrouped items.
Also can i include office expenses under staff welfare? office expenses consists of tissue rolls, paper plates etc.

In a case of private company, there are two directors having joint signing authority in bank account. Now there are some disputes between them, can a single director pass a resolution by saying that only one director can sign cheque without consent of other?

wheather trasfer from one firm to another firm in 1st year of articleship is allowed??? how much time we can take such transfer?

We had worked jointly and made an individual firm named at A. Now as due to the family disputes we now want to get the possession of the same can we transfer the assets and liabilities of the individual firm to us with the consent of proprietor if yes how can the same be done as the Bank Limit is also taken on that name and the other new individual file is not having that amount of capital in it. Can we transfer the firm in our name if yes then please tell the way on to which the same can be done.
