interest income earned by miner upto 15.12.2012 and from 16.12.2012 when ha became major whether entire income is assessed in the hands of major or income upto 15.12.2012 is assessed in the hand of father or full year income is assessed in the hand of father.

only when he becomes major and also files inocme tax return then he is assessed as major.
