Please solve my query,

If a subscriber to MOA has not paid money, then with which timelimit he should pay

And if he had not paid within time limit then what are the consequences

12 June 2014 1. With in 180 days of the date of incorporation of the company.

2. (a)If not paid ROC can penalize the company/ officer with Rs. 5,000 / Rs.1,000 for evry day durnfg which the default continues.

(b) ROC can initiate action for the removal of the name of the company from the register of companies under chapter XVIII of the Co's Act,2013.
