Transfer of shares from nri to resident

Please let me know the procedure to be followed by an Unlisted Private Limited company for the transfer of shares from NRI to resident. The transferee had been alloted the shares under automatic route.

Individual ca firm to partnership firm

Hello everyone..

I am CA in continuous practice as proprietorship concern.

now i want to restructure P.firm in my individual name with same Firm registration number by adding Two CA as my partner.

Can it be possible with the same firm name, same date of incorporation and same Firm Registration Number...????

Cenvat bill adress

can me tell me that cenvat of service tax bill address will be site or registered office or marketing office ? In our rc address is site office , marking office separate & registered office is also separate.

Can purchaser take cenvat credit

one of my client wanted to take the credit of cenvat form the purchase of the immovable property like admin office...he is a professional....he may be a ca or a doctor or an architect....
i think he can avail the cenvat for the purpose of service tax.. bu i am still in a dilemma please help...
