13 June 2014 can me tell me that cenvat of service tax bill address will be site or registered office or marketing office ? In our rc address is site office , marking office separate & registered office is also separate.

13 June 2014 CENVAT Credit can not denied even if Invoices issued by the dealer from premises other than for which Central Excise Registration granted was granted was granted.

It is held that credit not to be denied in view of Board's Circular No.441/7/99 dated 23.02.1999 as well as Notification No 7/99 C.E also refer CCE Vs Myron Electricals Private Limited (2008) 11 STR 674 ( P & H)
