Individual ca firm to partnership firm

13 June 2014 Hello everyone..

I am CA in continuous practice as proprietorship concern.

now i want to restructure P.firm in my individual name with same Firm registration number by adding Two CA as my partner.

Can it be possible with the same firm name, same date of incorporation and same Firm Registration Number...????

13 June 2014 Firm registration number shall remain same. Your FRC will show both dates, date of start as proprietor and conversion into a firm.

File Form 18 with ICAI alongwith copy of partnership deed
