Head of a/c (office name plate board)

my company has made a Name Plate board for company name to be kept outside the office..let me know to which head of account this can be taken.

Disclosure of interest of directors

Dear Sir(s)

As per sec 184 of the companies act 2013, directors are required to disclose theier nature of interest in form MBP-1.
Now Suppose A is a director of Company XYZ and their is another company PQR in which B, wife of A is a director.Is this also required to be disclosed in the said form?
Please revert.

What are the provisions in case if director has filed DIR 11 for his resignation and company has not filed DIR 12.

I have purchased shares of Rs. 9015000/- on dtd. 12-01-2014 & sold the same for an amount of Rs. 1,12,03,520/- on dtd. 28-03-2014.

Should I get my books audit u/s 44ab or not.

Please advise.

Marking scheme in papers

In audit paper of ipcc may 2014 second question is - give the reason with correct and incorrect. if any student did not write 'correct and incorrect' and he describe in his answer all thing related to topic i.e. why it is correct and reason of incorrect.
Then in that situation his marks will deduct or not.

Transfer of articles

I was completed one nad half year articleship i want to take transfer now, i read procedure but i didnt got that discontinuance period for minimum 3 months on medial grounds (on the production of medical certificate) and what is format for getting permision from institute
