Tds credit

TDS has been paid against TAn number A but in traces the same challan is reflecting against different tan number pls suggest how it can rectified.

Dear sir/madam,

Our firm is appointed as statutory Auditor in the first board meeting of the company till the First AGM.Please inform me which form to be filled ?Form 23B is not available in MCA website.whether any changes as per companies act 2013?

Tds credit

tds has been paid against the 'A' PAN number but traces showing credit for 'B' PAN number.
pls suggest how it can be rectified.

Applicability of sec 227(3), 274(1)(g) in audit report

Dear Sir,

I am preparing Audit report of a private limited company,

While presenting report on other legal and regulatory requirements, will the sections 227(3), 274(1)(g), to be presented as per 1956 act or sec 143(3), 164(1)(g)

Director remunaration

Dear Sir,

please guide me on Director Remuneration, when any director get salary from company , but company does not deduct the TDS on his salary than what should do by Director.
