My Client is engaged in providing share trading advice and received fees around of Rs. 6 lacs from his clients last year.

He is also engaged F&O trading (for himself) and has earned a profit of Rs. 3.5 lacs last year.

As such, his business receipts (for income tax return purposes) cross 9 lacs.

Will his gross receipts for service tax purposes (i.e. registration limit) will also be considered at Rs. 9.5 lacs?

Is he liable to register under service tax?

A person receives gross consultancy fees of Rs. 8,50,000/- in the financial year. He also received rent of Rs. 2,40,000/- from letting out his roadside stalls. Will both receipts be considered for service tax limit?

Is he liable to register & charge service tax on these receipts?

i don't know much of English , i write one simple sentence with lots of thinking if it come out wrong then what'll happen , what ppl will say etc this fear grew up with me after my 1oth class , i was student of hindi medium & in my home also..no one talk in english , i feel shame sometime bcoz ppl around my college and classes talk in english write big big paragraph bt i can't do :( with this fear i stopped talking with ppl , i want to do ca bt then again can i become good ca with poor eng :( yeah i learn some hard words daily bt it don't help in talking or writing :( i know there is no shortcut and me too ready to do hard work, please help experts
