I have cleared my second group of ipcc on 22nd august 2014. My 2.5 years articles will complete by 06th october 2014.
Can I register for final and give my attempt in november 2014?
If so,what is the process of sending registration and exam forms?

you need a valid Ca final registration to be eligible for Nov attempt. So first of all go to nearest ICAI office, and submit CA final registration Form.
