22 August 2014 I have cleared my second group of ipcc on 22nd august 2014. My 2.5 years articles will complete by 06th october 2014. Can I register for final and give my attempt in november 2014? If so,what is the process of sending registration and exam forms? Please extend your valuable help.

22 August 2014 you need a valid Ca final registration to be eligible for Nov attempt. So first of all go to nearest ICAI office, and submit CA final registration Form.
