I've applied for membership on May 13th,2014.Still I've not recieved any number mentioned card.I've got an invitation through mail for convocation for certificate of membership.I thought after completion of that schedule it will be sent to me.Is it right?

m not getting qualified since last two attempts of ipcc1 as i hav got 150 marks only. n same is d case wid CS-exec.(old syllabus) xam. m not getting dat wether to give CA-ipcc1 in nov14 or CS-executive(old syllabus) both grps in dec'14. or wat if i appear cs-exec.(old syllabus) xam both grps in dec'14 . and then started preparin for ipcc both grps for may'15. ??? plz giv me ur advices / suggestions!!!

I filed form 108 on 22/08/2014 & my articleship was due to complete to 10th august 2014
I have taken holidays for only 142 days & I have entered in working weeks following figures as per my office working & holidays for my exam
Year 1 Year 2 Year 3
A/c 10 10 08
Audit 20 22 18
Taxation 10 13 04

Is there any problem of extention of my articleship period ?

Suppose any company falls into any 1 criteria out of 3 criteria for applicability of CSR provsion,then for that company CSR is recomendary or Mandatary?

If it is mandatary but company not take initiative for forming the commitee or spending of 2% amount then what shall be the consequenses?

Dear Sir,

I want to know that as per section 205 of the companies act, 1956 there is requiremnt of transfer of certain amount in percentage to general reserve out of current profit before providing for dividend.

But what is the process if company has made loss in the current year and it does not have current profit, however company wishes to provide for dividend out of its accumulated profit.

is tds applicable interest on ecb loan?

i have paid rs. 27500 as legal & consultancy service fee but as per cbec notice they are taking this transaction as a transaction of reverse charge and demanding for service tax and interest thereon.
is there any legal service which can be exempted under this situation.
assessee is small scale service provider.

I have posted the revalidation form for CA IPCC, can i still fill online examination form. Or do i have to wait for any letters from ICAI. I have to appear for Nov 2014 ipcc exam.
