two education loans

my son 23, who has taken education loan will be starting to pay the loan soon, as he has started his job. he has taken two loans from psu banks for two different programmes for the education purpose.my querry is is he eligible for deduction under sec 80e (on interest) for both the loans ?

co-operative society

Mr.A had been alloted stilt parking for his car in XYZ co-opohsg society ltd.He has an allotment letter from the builder to that extent.He was charged property tax for the stilt parking.The secretary of the society now says that A cannot sell the stilt parking if he sells the flat as the parking will be the property of the society once A sells the flat.Can the secretary take such a stand?What if A was not being charged property tax?Can he still sell the parking when he sells the flat?

Claim- Interest on Housing Loan

my friend was doing job in bangalore, his father living in vijayawada. in vijaywada house is own and father taken loan on that property, but father was not filing return.
so, my friend elegible for deduction of interet on housing for his salary computation.
another question was raised my friend and his brother was there, he was also doing job.
so, who can elegible for deduction, this was elegible for father housing loan interest to son's personal income tax computation ? please sir
