I am rahul. I have recently cleared my CA FINAL exams. I am presently doing my articleship training which is due to be completed in October . I am interested in making a career in INVESTMENT BANKING.

Can you please advice me what course of action should I take.
Do I require to join any oyher course ,if yes, what other Technical Course should I join like CFA,CFP or any other.

ACTUALLY WE HAVE SALED ELECTRONIC SENSORS TO THE PARTY WITH THE AMOUNT OF RS. 39000 /-(INCLUDING VAT) AND ON THE TIME OF PAYMENT THE PARTY HAS DEDUCTED TDS 13 /- SO CAN THEY DEDUCT TDS IF YES SO PLEASE TELL ME HOW AND ON WHICH RATE. AND WE BOTH DON'T HAVE ANY KIND OF WORK CONTRACT BETWEEN US.

1) Directors of the company
2) Any other persons
3) Registered Private money lenders
4) Relatives of director

If not permitted what wil be the effect of this transaction. Please advise me in detail.

1. Can a CA do the data entry jobs at home legally as per the institute's prefessional ethics? Data entry jobs include excel work, maintaining a blog, telemarketing, data processing, google ads
2. If not, how can that be legally carried out?
3. How the income from these activities are to be accounted for and taxed in India?
4. Are tax deducted at source from these incomes.
