pension received from LIC

i have a querry. the querry is that i am receiving an amount from LIC as pension on monthly basis.
will it be taxable income or exempt income.

Accounting & Tax Treatment

Director of the Company has taken Car in his name on Hire Purchase. The down payment to the car dealer was made by the Director from his personal account. However, the instalment towards repayment of Finance taken from institution is repaid from The Copmpany's Current Account.

My query is how to account this transactions in final accounts so that there are no problems from Tax angle ??

Audit U/s.44AB

I want to know whether an Individual's Audit U/s.44AB for the Financial Year ending 31/03/2009 to be e-filed compulsorily? Can we file the Return as usual in the IT office before 30th September?

As it is known that tax liability of charitable institutions is calculated same as to individual but my question is can charitable institutions avail the basic exemption limits as availed by individuals?
