Tax audit Limit for F.Y. 2013-14 is Rs. 100 Lacs for business Receipts and Rs. Fifty 25 Lacs for Professiona Receipts.

My Query is as follow:-

If a Person running a business and having turnover Rs. 90 Lacs (works contract). out of 90 Lacs he has paid Service Tax @ 12.36 of Rs. 333720/- on 30% of the Total value .i.e. 27 Lacs. and WCT @ 4% of Rs. 288000/- on 80% of the Total Vale i.e., 72 Lacs.


Please let me know the applicability of Tax
Audit or not.

i am depositing in the post office (mahila prathan bachat yojna) Rs.1000 every month for 60 months (i.e for 5years) on behalf of my wife, and at the end of 5years my wife receive rs.72000. whether i can claim this Rs.60000 as a 80c deduction? and whether rs.72000 taxable to my wife?

Hi... I was on da verge of completing my first year of articleship when I tuk transfer coz I had taken a lot of leaves during dat time and so had difficulty coping with studies and articleship.. My question is that is it possible for me to restart my articleship?? Or do I have to take permission of the inst??
Also I tuk trf on 21/8/13which ws supposed to be da last day of first year of my articleship... So I m now planning to join another ca say by 25/8/13 to 24/8/16..is it possible??? Plz reply sooonnnn.....

I'm opening a Current A/c with Axis Bank but am facing problems due to my signature. Signature on my PAN Card and my Passport are different. I want to use the signature that I have on my Passport for my Bank Account. For this, the Bank is demanding an affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper. What is the format of this affidavit?

If we have one owned house and second at pagdi system, will pagdi system house be liable for Deemed House Property??/
