Hi,
Power of attorney valid for below situtaion?
Is it possible to continue as an agent after Principal become met accident & lost Voice ( bedridden) etc.
Note:
This power of attorney exceuted between Brother & maried sister

If the principal can exercise his mind, then agent can continue( merely loosing voice would not rescind the contract)
if the principal can not exercise his mind, then the agency is terminated
if the principal can not exercise his mind, then the agency is terminated
