I FILED RETURN FOR AY 2012-13 ON 10/07/2012 ON LINE, CPC ISSUED INTIMATION U/S 143(1) AND ISSUED MY REFUND ON 23/11/2012.
YESTERDAY I RECD A NOTICE U/S/143(2)FROM MY ITO KALYAN AND ASKED ME TO SEE HIM ON 2/9/2013 AND AS PER THIS ---HE WOULD LIKE SOME FURTHER INFORMATION.[NO DETAILS IS GIVEN IN THIS NOTICE].

WHAT I HAVE TO DO NOW,WHAT DOCUMENTS I HAVE TO CARRY WITH ME, MY MAIN INCOME WAS SALARY AND BANK INTEREST.

The letter received by you on 23/11/2012 is not assessment order, it is intimation 143(1)
so action of AO is not bad in law.
